All fish are quarantined upon arrival from Japan at our facility.
The quality and health of the Koi are very important to us. We
take very special care not to knowingly sell a sick fish to our
customers. We want you to be successful with Koi for a lifetime. Once
a fish leaves our facility, it is impossible to know or have any control
over their environment; therefore, there are no refunds on fish.

KOI SHIPMENTS: Koi will be shipped Delta Dash or
UPS Next Day Air depending upon your preference. Freight charges
for Delta Dash are $65 per box and the flight number is verified
for your convenience. Koi must be picked up within two hours of
flight arrival. UPS Next Day Air picks up the Koi from Wet Pets
around 6 P.M. and delivers the Koi to you by 10:30 A.M. the next
morning. UPS is very convenient, but is more expensive. Actual UPS
freight charges will be added to your invoice and will generally
range from $60-$85, depending upon the weight and the distance.
There are no additional box or delivery to airport charges from
Wet Pets. Our guaranatee on shipped Koi is limited to live
arrival only.

To acclimate the Koi to your pond, float the fish in the sealed
plastic bag for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. If the plastic
bag is floating in full sun, place a towel over the bag during this time.
Remove fish from plastic bag by hand or with a net and carefully place
the fish in your pond. Do not mix the pond water with the bag water
while the fish are in the bag and do not add the shipping water
to your pond. Do not feed the Koi the first day; they are still
adjusting to your pond.
